We are thrilled to gather as an in-person community in Fort Worth, Texas, March 29  April 2, 2022! The 79th Annual Meeting will not disappoint with the speakers and sessions planned, and the long-awaited reunions with your friends and colleagues, your ACPA family.

The health and safety of our Annual Meeting presenters and attendees is ACPA's top priority. In accordance with CDC and FDA evidence and guidelines, all attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend the in-person 79th Annual Meeting. Virtual Meeting Option
We want to ensure that all providers in the cleft and craniofacial community have an opportunity to get what they need from ACPA’s Annual Meeting. If you are not able to travel to Fort Worth or simply prefer to learn from home, our hybrid/on-demand offering is for you! Our mission is to ensure there is something for everyone.

Student Registrations

Student/resident non-members must provide ACPA with a statement from their department head attesting to current student, resident or fellow status.

Cancellation Policy: There is a 100% refund for cancellations received in writing by February 12, 2022. Cancellation notices received February 12 –  27, 2022 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellation notices received February 28 - March 22, 2022 will receive a 25% refund. No refunds will be provided after March 23, 2022. All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) and include the original purchase date.
ACPA is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances for issues beyond our control such as weather conditions. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks involved in travel to and from the meeting and in attendance at and participation in the program. ACPA and The Omni Fort Worth shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, riots, thefts, or from any other similar causes.
